It is the simplest version of Messenger App, The Messenger App consumes more mobile data, Taking more loading time and also takes more than 40 MB size whereas Messenger Lite uses less mobile data, reduces the loading time and only takes less than 10 MB size. So we can instantly and easily access important Facebook Messenger features like texting, sending and receiving photos, stickers, emojis and link sharing.
Messenger Lite, which is decided to work on low - speed internet connections and older smartphones which have less hardware support. This is very useful in countries having a low - speed mobile broadband infrastructure.
Right now this is the Messenger Lite available in Kenya, Tunisia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Venezuela. Facebook preparing to launch the Messenger Lite in more countries coming months.
