Nintendo's Miitomo put in motion for Android and iOS in India

Tags
Nintendo's first smartphone app for Android and iOS- Miitomo is now available in India. This comes an entire eight months after it was most readily accessible in the world over.
Like the most current facility, a Nintendo account can be allied to other accounts, such as Nintendo account Network ID(if you have one from using a Wii U or 3Ds), Twitter, Facebook, or Google+ Account. Then users can use those accounts ID and password to sign up to his/her Nintendo account.
If you don't want to use or you don't have any of these accounts as mentioned above, nothing to worry, you can still make a Nintendo account by simply using your email address.

Apart from this, there is also a small download after the initial installation by way of the app itself, and it works as it should with any of the before mentioned social accounts.

Miitomo’s in-app purchases are in the way of coins by which you can purchase cosmetic items for your avatar or Mii as is it's known as. The items include costumes, hats, and a host of other things that would customize your Mii. You can also acquire coins by finishing in-game tasks. However, if you are going the path of playing for coins, they vary from Rs. 60 for 1,000 coins and Rs. 4,600 for 105,000 coins.

The availability of Miitomo could feasibly be the sign of things to roll up. Recently,  we have noticed that while Nintendo’s games and consoles have made its way to India, the company itself has never made an official occurrence.

Could this indicate India will see the games like Super Mario Run and Nintendo’s other smartphone offers as well? Or does this mean that Nintendo Switch could have an official release soon? Well, we will just have to wait and see what comes in our way

Beta Testing in Google Play

Tags
Google has done a good job of giving app publishers the tools they need to make their apps the best right in the Developer Console. The programmers can let few users to test their new app updates. If the people like it, then they will roll out the change to everyone if not, then you can figure out how to use that feedback to make your app better. Programmers can also identify bugs that might be irritating for new users.

How Android Beta Testing Works

There are 3 different ways for beta testing:

1. Open Beta

Anyone who has your link can be a beta tester. The biggest advantage of open beta testing is that you can create a large community of testers but these testers cannot leave a review for your app. You can also limit the size of your group to keep things more manageable.

2. Closed Beta with Email

A more restricted option is to make your beta group available only to people who are invited via email. You can add members individually or upload as a .csv file.

3. Closed Beta with Google+ Communities

Google Play beta testing can also be built around a Google+ community. It is a great way to have a central place where you and your team can interact with your beta testers. Simply go into your Developer Console and link your Google+ testing community in your account. Once you are done, you can send the link for the group to your testers. You need to keep your testers engaged and give you valuable feedback.

The Testing Process

Testing your app is simple. First, upload your beta APK to the Developer Console. Then notify your beta testers to give it a try. If it passes the testing phase, click on the  "Promote to Prod" button and that version will be rolled out to all live users in a few hours.

BETA TESTING IN PLAY STORE APP

Last week, the Play Store rolled up some beta testing features in its version 6.7 update but they quickly disappeared as Google reverted them back in a server-side change. The company later announced these features at I/O as part of a series improvement to google play that also include lots of developer console changes.

The latest version of play store allows people to join or leave betas right from the app listing page. It’ll also let you leave feedback, which the developer will be able to see but won’t be published in the app review section.
